Pick 4: New York (AFC) vs. Dallas and Arizona vs. Philadelphia

Pick 4: New York (AFC) vs. Dallas and Arizona vs. Philadelphia

The Teaser: Pair New York (AFC) and Arizona

Game 1: New York (AFC) vs. Dallas

The Initial Line:

New York (AFC) -3 away vs. Dallas

The Take:

Add 7.5 points to New York (AFC)’s line

The Final Line:

New York (AFC) +4.5

The Breakdown:

New York kept in rolling on Sunday, as they got the 30-8 home victory over Tennessee. Dallas saw their offensive woes continue, as they fell on the road to Green Bay 28-7. Dallas has only gained over 17 points once in their last 5 games. They’re officially out of playoff contention in the NFC East unless somehow all 3 other teams completely collapse. New York however currently sits as the #6 seed in the AFC playoff picture with Pittsburgh nipping at their heels. Everyone knows about their strengths on defense, but the offense has also done quite well with Fitzpatrick at QB. They have scored at least 17 pts in every game this season, which is a testament to the consistency they shown every week. A strong New York offense combined with a powerhouse defense and drive for postseason action will give New York the road win here.

Final Stat: New York’s offense and defense both rank in the top 10 in the NFL.

Game 2: Arizona vs. Philadelphia

The Initial Line:

Arizona -3.5 away vs. Philadelphia

The Take:

Add 7.5 points to Arizona’s line

The Final Line:

Arizona +4

The Breakdown:

Arizona got a tough TNF victory against Minnesota, as they pulled out the home win 23-20. Philadelphia was able to hold on against LeSean McCoy and Buffalo, as they got the home victory 23-20. The NFC East is currently is a 3-way tie between Washington, Philadelphia, and New York, despite all teams sitting with a 6-7 record. Arizona has been cruising all year, currently sitting with a 11-2 record and a 7-game win streak. Carolina has gotten all of the headlines with their undefeated season, but Arizona may be the most complete team in football. Carson Palmer is a strong candidate in the MVP race, his weapons on offense seem to be very deep, and their defense is one of the best in football. Philly has been able to stay afloat in the playoff race, but they’re not exactly dominating teams. 4 of their 6 wins have been within 1 score, and don’t expect Arizona to give them mercy. Take the better team in Arizona in this game.

Final Stat: Arizona is #1 in offense and #4 in defense in the NFL thus far this season.
