Take Pittsburgh -2 away vs. Buffalo
Pittsburgh kept their winning ways going, as they were able to secure the home victory over New York 24-14. Buffalo couldn’t hold on against Oakland, as they gave up 29 unanswered points to fall on the road 38-24. Buffalo’s playoff hopes seem to be slipping, as Pittsburgh seems to be gaining momentum at the right time. If the playoffs started today neither of these teams would be involved, although Pittsburgh sits right at the outskirts and is tied with Baltimore for the division lead. Ben Roethlisberger is once again having a solid year, as he ranks in the top 10 in passer rating with over 3,000 pass yds and has a 25/8 TD/INT ratio. Buffalo has been known as a team with a strong defense, but they’ve only given up 20 yds less than Pittsburgh on the year and they also give up 3.1 more PPG. This game may very well come down to Big Ben vs Tyrod Taylor in the 4th quarter, and I’ll take Big Ben in that matchup anyday.
