Take Detroit -3 home vs. Los Angeles
Detroit was able to get the home victory against undefeated Philadelphia on Sunday, as they won 24-23. Los Angeles suffered their first home defeat of the season, as they fell to Buffalo 30-19. In a wide open playoff race in the NFC, both Detroit and Los Angeles are still in the hunt. Matthew Stafford has adjusted nicely without the presence of Calvin Johnson this season, as he sits 9th in passer rating at 99.6. Marvin Jones has played a big part in that passing attack, as he currently leads the NFL in receiving yards at 519 (104 yds/game). On the flip side, Case Keenum ranks 28th at 75.4 after throwing 2 INTs last weekend. Taking down the highly touted Philly defense was a big boost for this Detroit team, and limiting turnovers has been key for them as they rank 8th in giveaways this season. Detroit has been competitive in every game this season, as all of their games have been decided by 7 pts or less. Expect them to be fired up against LA on Sunday, and a win by 4 pts will definitely be attainable..
